I am pleased to inform you that the Secretary of State, Justine Greening, has allowed St Ethelbert’s Catholic Primary School and Nursery to become an academy, and to become a member of the St Peter Catholic Academy Trust, along with St Anthony’s Catholic Primary School and Nursery and St Joseph’s Catholic High School.

The date of the conversion, when the school will open as an academy will be 1st December 2016. There are no changes to the name, staffing or uniform of St Ethelbert’s Catholic Primary School and Nursery, or the way in which the daily timetable operates.
